help improve mental focus and concentration, and if that's not enough, are a
great source of fiber, antioxidants and proteins, and are one of the richest
plant sources of fatty acids omega-3.
Yields on 12-ounce
smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup sliced fresh
strawberries
1 frozen banana (To
freeze bananas fitness snack, peel and cut into 2-inch slices. Pour into
airtight freezer bags until ready to use.)
Greek yogurt 3
tablespoons regular
1 tsp chia seeds (you
can grind in a clean coffee or spice grinder.)
1 tablespoon honey
Itinerary:
Combine all ingredients
in a blender, cover and blend until smooth.
Serve with strawberry
sauce.

Ingredients:
1 cup almonds
1 cup shelled pistachios

cranberries
Pinch of salt
6 tablespoons maple
syrup

Preheat oven to 300
degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the
almonds, pistachios and sunflower seeds fitness snack.
Pour the maple syrup and
mix until everything is well coated.
Spread the mixture on
the sheet lined with parchment paper soda. Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the
mixture.
Bake for about 20
minutes, stirring occasionally.

When cool to the touch,
add the dried cranberries and stir to mix well.
