I did it by cleaning the juice! I enjoyed it and I am sure to eat my words (or something?) Because I was totally skeptical of it! Suja completed my juice with a couple of Blue Print Cleanse Whole Foods yesterday because Suja not enough for me fitness juice.
I do not really care for the red juice. This is one of Suja not like it much either, I guess red juice is not only mine fitness juice. The lemon and ginger lime agave was very tasty, though!
It was really fabulously delicious! I could drink this all summer!
Ok, so I know that everyone is dying to know how I felt and what the changes I've noticed! Here you go fitness juice:
Advantages:
- I felt good, I looked great burst of energy or anything, but I felt like I had a natural energy source, nothing like a high caffeine fitness juice.
- Actually, I think my skin looks better, more glory.
- Do not think my stomach has never been un-inflated fitness juice. Because of my IM business, I'm quite bloated 24/7.
- There seems to help digestion too, probably because it was all liquid fitness juice, but I think it gave my body a welcome break from the amount of work that usually has to do to digest things (which is a great problem for people with ME / my diagnosis.)
- I lost 4 pounds. Again, I did not do to lose weight. I do not think it was true four pounds of fat, fitness juice probably mostly water weight and remove excess waste / toxins in my body.
- I was a little surprised that I did not feel anything, I never thought that this box of Wheat Thins and a bag of candy in the pantry. It is very unusual for me and definitely a reason to do it again!
CONS:
- I had a headache on day 2.
- I was freezing all the time .... but then I'm in Minnesota and theres still ice / snow on the ground.
- Exercising was quite difficult fitness juice. I found myself once again uses the elliptical machine, and walked my dog twice. I had the energy for the day, but maybe not enough for a good workout too.
I really hope to do a few times a year. Does anyone out there have thoughts on buying a blender? Or the cost of a juicer + vs produce bottled juice? Is it realistic to find the time to make your own juice for cleaning three days? I am a novice at this fitness juice, so any advice is appreciated!
Now let's talk about fitness. As I say, my workouts have not been great. I usually do my long run on Friday morning, because I now work on Friday fitness juice. I doubt I have enough energy in me to my 9-miler usual this morning, so I'm shooting for five. I hope to be 9 miles on Sunday.
This weekend is filled with yoga. Seriously, I have 17 hours of yoga scheduled between now and Sunday night. The reason is because I have the yoga instructor certification Yin this weekend fitness juice, so we have an intensive course of three days.
This is above my normal training and mentoring teacher is 3.5 hours late tomorrow morning fitness juice. Do I have to be there until the first Sunday, so I hope that my long run in time, but I'm not going to fight about it, if I do ... I may need to rest.
